1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bdk8" refers to the online gaming platform operating at https://bdk8.io and all associated services, software, content, and support channels.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bdk8 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the bdk8 platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the internal balance held within a Player's bdk8 Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive amounts credited to an Account under a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited directly by the Player, excluding Bonus Funds, that are available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, accessing the bdk8 platform, or placing any wager or bet through the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bdk8 platform and close your Account by contacting our support team.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the bdk8 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bdk8 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and will require documentary proof of age upon request.

• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the bdk8 platform via self-exclusion or administrative suspension.

• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on bdk8. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Any inaccuracy or misrepresentation in the information provided constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bdk8 will never contact you to request your password. All activity conducted under your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify bdk8 immediately at [email protected].

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bdk8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention standards. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before any withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

bdk8 exclusively supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No international credit cards, cryptocurrency, or wire transfers are accepted at this time.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum single deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: subject to the limits published in the cashier section at the time of transaction
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 (or the equivalent Real Money Balance if lower, at bdk8's discretion)
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: subject to limits displayed in the cashier at the time of request

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits are credited to your Wallet within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval; however, additional processing time may apply where KYC verification is pending or where an internal review is required.

5.4 Transaction Fees

bdk8 does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fee on its end. Third-party mobile financial service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own standard transaction charges, for which bdk8 accepts no responsibility.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

bdk8 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. Any unusual transaction patterns, including rapid deposit-and-withdrawal activity without meaningful gaming activity, may trigger an internal review. bdk8 reserves the right to freeze, delay, or decline any transaction flagged during such a review and to report the matter as required.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, and other incentives made available on bdk8 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time each promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Wallet must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any associated winnings may be transferred to your Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion's terms at the time of the offer.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

bdk8 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using automated software or bots to complete wagering requirements, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended immediately and all Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.4 Modification of Promotions

bdk8 reserves the right to alter, suspend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has already been credited, bdk8 will endeavour to honour any wagering already completed in good faith.

7. Betting Rules

All casino games and sports betting markets on bdk8 are subject to specific game rules and betting rules provided by the respective game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and the bdk8 sports book. These rules are displayed within each game or market interface and form part of your agreement with bdk8.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. bdk8 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a wager once it has been submitted and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game round or sports event, bdk8 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• bdk8 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has concluded or after the relevant market has closed, regardless of the outcome displayed.
• In live sports betting, bdk8 and its sports book providers reserve the right to suspend or close markets at any time, including during an event, without prior notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdk8 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the bdk8 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or sports betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated manipulation of game or sports event outcomes.
• Using funds of third parties, including stolen payment credentials, to make deposits on the platform.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the bdk8 platform, its underlying infrastructure, or another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdk8 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

bdk8 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. bdk8 strongly encourages all Players to approach gaming with moderation and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their Account settings.

The following tools are available to all registered Players at no cost and can be activated at any time:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Loss Limits — restrict the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications after a set amount of continuous gaming time.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdk8 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the bdk8 platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software forming part of the platform.
• Use bdk8 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any commercial or promotional context without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on bdk8 platform content or any game provided through the platform.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

12. Limitation of Liability

bdk8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bdk8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, bdk8 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players by displaying a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the bdk8 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account prior to the effective date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bdk8 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the bdk8 support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
